I didn't do very well this week. I gained a pound and that stinks. I have had alot going on with work being very stressful and unfortunatley I am an emotional eater:( I m going to try not to get to down about it and do better next week. Wish me luck im going to need it! Have a great weekend everyone:)

Oh Ang, try not to be so hard on yourself. Dieting might not be so bad if you can love yourself right now. Be happy, I know you can do it!!

Dieting sucks. It is so easy to focus on all the things that we CAN NOT eat, instead of enjoying the wonderful fruits and vegetables that sustain us. Trust me, when I get sad, I crave macaroni and cheese and funeral potatoes. mmmmmmm. foooood. But good job, all you can do is keep trying. You're a strong woman, you can do it :)
Keep at it! Today is new day to succeed! Im proud of you for your efforts. I know the story about stress eating. I remember telling myself when I was loosing weight--what do I love more--me or the food. MEMEMEME and that is what kept me going. YOU CAN DO IT!
