Recipe of the week

Banana Salad

2 small boxes of banana pudding
1 small carton sour cream
1 large can fruit cocktail drained
1 can mandarin oranges drained
1/2 cup coconut
1 small can pineapple tidbits
2 bananas sliced
1 medium carton whip cream
Mix everything together and let it refridgerate 2 hours before serving. Enjoy!

Does the banana go brown at all on this--it sounds delightful!

It hasn't gone brown before but if you have leftovers that might happen. To really prevent the brown soak the bananas in sprite for 5 minutes it helps alot with browning of fruits.
