Recipe of the week

Pistachio Cake

1 yellow cake mix
1 box of instant pistachio pudding
2 eggs
1 cup of sprite
1/4 cup of oil

Mix all ingredients and spray a bundt pan. Then pour the batter around in the pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until knife comes out clean. This cake doesnt need frosting its very moist and good as a snack or dessert. Sometimes I add more sprite and leave out the oil. Enjoy:)

Sounds delicious! I will take your word for it since I won't be eating cake until the end of the month (my b-day!). Hope your day goes well. Here's to working around food and trying to not eat much of it!

mmm I seriously did this just a few days ago!! I did the yellow cake mix and I added a box of pistachio pudding. Tinted my frosting green and sprinkled some mashed up pistachios on top.
Delish!
