Recipe of the week

This recipe is a little more healthy but still good! Enjoy:)

Taco Chicken

4 chicken breasts
4 tsp taco seasoning
1/2 pound red potatoes peeled and sliced
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/4 cup sour cream

Heat oven to 400. Rub chicken with the taco seasoning and put 1/2 cup of potatoes on a peice of tinfoil and repeat with all 4 pieces. Top with salsa and cheese and fold the foil up to make tinfoil dinners. Put them in a baking dish and cook for 30 minutes or until chickens done. Serve with sour cream. For those of you on weight watchers this is 5 points a serving:)

I wish I had this recipe on Saturday! I made chicken tin foil dinners but they weren't nearly as good as this one sounds!
